Pros
Trying to compensate for the Seattle location by incorporating fun events. There has been a slight change in the culture since moving to Seattle in order to stay relevant and try to be competitive with Seattle companies.
Cons
Pay and vacation are NOT competitive in the Seattle market. We now have no fitness benefits and this has brought down morale with many in the organization.
