Cons
Management tends to overlook issues with employees and won't directly address certain employees about their behavior - they just put everyone under the same umbrella and make generalized statements. There is no room for advancement if you are young and haven't been in the industry for a billion years like everyone else has. The company says that they want young people to work for them but they need to make it attractive to young people in order for them to want to stay.
