Pros
Many good people (may have to search to find them), some decent management (newer) who want to steer the company in a more efficient direction. The desire for positive change is present.
Cons
Entrenched employees are very resistant to any sort of change/improvement to processes. 5 separate IT departments interrupt efficiency. Instead of acting like an IT department in a Fortune 500 company, the approach is much more mom and pop.
