Pros

Great job for student, artist, or part timer. Lots of different positions available and always new people to meet. If you can sell, you will get paid. Excellent for getting your foot in the door for a multi-million dollar company to leverage for better jobs later.

Cons

Run more like a frat house than a business. Still, the money comes in. Don't expect to make this a career. If you do, reassess life goals.

Pros

Mark Verge is awesome and so are your two bosses. Flexible hours. Make your own schedule. Call in for the day off whenever you want (as long as you give reasonable notice and it's not excessive of course..the boss is really understanding and has a laid back management style) Lots of pros if you're a top performer. Low hourly pay, but decent commissions if you work hard. You can make about 20K a year working part time, flexible hours. Hard to find that.

Cons

No room for growth. CEO and COO positions are both filled and those guys aren't leaving any time soon. The owner of the whole company is really chill and pays them too well. There are no other executive positions to work your way up to. It's basically the perfect job while you're in college.
