Good experience for recent college grads - Recruiter Westside Direct Employee Review

Overworked (I worked 7AM to 6PM), underpaid. No health benefits or 401K. 100 % commission (they offer a low base but push full commission on everyone). No reimbursement for gas/mileage unless you hit bonuses (you can file for these during tax season but if you don't have health care, it'll cancel out). Horrible off-boarding experience (put in 2 weeks and fired next day over email - note: moved to open another location so under different management but same system, business, management from this office)
