Not honest in interviews - HVOF Sprayer Westpower Employee Review

They will do anything, use any reason not to give you a raise. In my interview I was told after three months if my work was good I would receive a raise. After three months I was told my work was good but did not receive a raise and was told it would be another 6 months before raises were looked at (wage freezes). 5 and a half months later, i did not receive a raise, but got laid off. My production was was good and I did out produce others at the company (provable as production is recorded). The culture at WestPower is lacking in honesty.
