Great to work in a company that still has the family feel. Friendly, big but not too big, teams are close-knit.

Internal comms aren't always shared with all team members (not all staff have email). Pay could be better.

Has a strong history and a good back story.

Internal higher level management is poorly operated. You are only a number, and their level of employee care is poor. The business should have been sold on several years ago. Your face has to fit, the high of performance that you bring to the business goes unnoticed. Redundancies arise every 2-3 years!
