Incompetent Management - Manager Westin Employee Review

Aaron Humphrey is by far one of the worst leaders I have ever come across in my career. He is completely absent and manages by giving orders. A historic hotel I s challenging by nature, and there is no effort to give staff any sort of workplace culture to cope with its unique challenges. Management is so overwhelmingly incompetent. Interested in career growth? Certainly not nurtured here. Staff turnover is abysmal across the board. The Westin Great Southern is doomed to close imminently.
