The true ethics of this business are dreadful. The top team are vastly overpaid and live off historical reserves. Staff are made happy if face fits without any proper business perfomance or leadership. Numerous examples of unprofessional behaviour, affairs, backstabbing, overheard conversations that are morally unacceptable. The worst example of a “fake” culture I have ever been part of. Absolutely no self awareness of the real world and how businesses should function. Incapable of tranformational change, even though they believe they deliver it. I know a number of people who truly want to whistleblow on this so called not for profit. What are huge reserves then?? All they are are ensuring the top boys have their huge salaries and fancy cars. This company made me ill.
