Pros

Generally nice people overall. Strong reputation.

Cons

There’s a Tuscaloosa clique. Good luck if you live outside of it. A genuine confusion between waste and cost. Everyone says they want change in processes, tools, or scope of projects but no effort is ever taken to start that change. We meet to discuss the next meeting about the change we say we want but won’t implement. Mostly internal hires which sounds nice, until you realize that’s why there’s no growth and change, because nobody knows any better. Expectations are that of the jobs of multiple people and pay is that of a single employee. Stagnant, stale, decline of outdated principals and practices. There are very grey relationships and practices in and around the company that bring company ethics into question. Company has more than likely expanded beyond its achievable means of management.
