Business outlook

Pros

- Benefits were okay - Hybrid work schedule (was mostly remote before they took the option away) - Coworkers were lovely - They did try to do roundtables for feedback until they decided to stop due to lack of time

Cons

- Management is a joke. No one is ever on the same page. The managers that fought for us were belittled. - the website and app are busted, which caused a multitude of issues on the contact center dealing with angry customers. Multiple complaints were issued to management and to the tech side of things to no avail - When our paychecks were late, blame was placed on the payroll company rather than Westerra taking accountability for their mistake

Good pay, PTO, growing company, new forward-thinking cheifs.

Cons

Training is a work in progress, company is still cleaning up messes from poor decisions of former cheifs, branch employees work 6 days a week when working Saturday.

Pros

Good coworkers trying to make the best of incompetent leadership.

Cons

Toxic work environment. 100% turnover of entire C-Suite within a year. 4 CIOs within 2 years. Incompetent current CIO and CEO, promising to "double the size of the credit union in 5 years". It's a joke, but the sad thing is the also-incompetent board of directors believes it. Cut throat middle management and ill thought-out hires make it impossible to pursue any rational goals. In the last year they terminated their DEI program. Do yourself a favor and avoid this institution.
