Pros
One of the pros about western window systems is that if you are in management, you can get into their free leadership classes that are available. They are great, Brian Lingle is the best instructor . He makes you feel like part of the group.
Cons
One of the biggest cons about this company is that you have to be lazy to be able to last in the company. If you are a hard worker or try to go above and beyond they will find a way to get rid of you because that shows how lazy other people are. So if you are a lazy person this would be a great fit for you but if you like to stand out do your work and go above and beyond, not so much.
