      Pros

      I’ve been a welder at Western Utility Telecom for over a year and I love my job. The employees, management and even the owner has shown me nothing but respect and consideration. The pay, the benefits including 401k has been very generous. If you don’t mind working for a paycheck then this is a great place to work. If you don’t want to work for a paycheck, probably isn’t for you.

      Pros

      This is a wonderful place to work, and I’m lucky to be here. Western Utility Telecom is a growing company with plenty of opportunities, which is rare these days. Management is supportive, a team-oriented culture is fostered, and the pay/benefits are above average. This is a career, not a job, and I’m not going anywhere.

      I wish the pay was better QC standards are constantly evolving, makes it hard to know what is expected Company does not show an urgency when it comes to giving performance reviews
