      The Phoenix office had presented the company very well during the interview process.

      Cons

      Once I commenced my employment l had found that not only is the Phoenix office unprofessional but there is a deep division between departments. Egos were too large for me to continue my employment. Phoenix is a small town and did not want to associate myself with this type of conduct.
