      Good benefits including sick and vacation time. Effective management team made it a great job. No evening hours to contend with.

      Head quartered in SD Online banking not competitive with larger banks in the Valley. Loan committee is out of state. This can make presentations difficult. d

      No weekends, and decent insurance program

      Cons

      Lack of Leadership and direction for the company, Management stays behind closed doors. Gossip in this small organization runs on overdrive. It's simply a miracle that they have survived given how they operate on an as needed basis without clear and concise processes in place.
