If your looking for a bank to have little to no growth this is it, expected to be happy in a position that has no clarity of role nor support, must be willing to self teach yourself majority of your job responsibilities and methods to get your agenda accomplished, much if not all information trainers deployed on was wrong, always have to flow your staff since every location seems to be short staffed due to people quitting or they go back to credit union/big bank they came from. miscommunication is everywhere, lack of care for communicating information to branch front line workers, inability or refusal to adapt to current market changes, expect you to make miracles with a smile, two faced, no work like balance, core system is from 80s, branch can’t complete anything all has to be done from support service which delays or doesn’t get done, ZERO STRUCTURE, consistently adding responsibilities due to people quitting without compensating you. No Pay increases to match job market, refuse to pay 2 week notice because it’s policy practice regardless of how much time or dedication you gave to the organization if you leave to another competitor. I’ve worked at many big banks and credit unions, while being walked out all still honored the 2 week notice pay since they walked you out not your choice or inability to work the time frame.
