      Pros

      Great staff. Fair wages. overtime every other week. Very caring HR department. Monthly birthday lunches. Teller bonuses for balancing to the penny.

      Cons

      Open until 1 on Saturdays, but just sit there bored for the last hour because everyone assumes we close at noon like every other bank.

      No weekends, and decent insurance program

      Cons

      Lack of Leadership and direction for the company, Management stays behind closed doors. Gossip in this small organization runs on overdrive. It's simply a miracle that they have survived given how they operate on an as needed basis without clear and concise processes in place.
