The only pro for working at this small co. was the check at the end of the week.

Cons

This is a small co with 99% minimal limit policies, they are unrealistic in settling claims. they watch you and micromanage you until you are afraid to do your job. The count your key strokes, they listed to your phone calls. It;s like working for someone that does not trust you.

Great steady work. Working claims was enjoyable.

Pros

Work, life balance. Company was in California and had business in Texas. This company paid to get a Texas Adjuster License after passing the state exam which is a reciprocal license for other states and that opened doors to more job opportunities.

Cons

Unfortunately it went out of business.
