Strong background and track record of successful ERP implementations. Most "legacy" employees are highly experienced with domain expertise. After being acquired, longer term financial security is stronger.
Cons
Growth and acquisition/absorption of other companies has been somewhat disruptive. Little, if any, formal method to train and develop less experienced personnel.
