      Pros

      After many years of not knowing where my career path would take me, I found my home with WestStar. You can expand on knowledge with training. Move up within the company. Work environment is not toxic.

      Cons

      Better pay would be nice but not a must. Bette opportunity to go to school.

      Pros

      Weekends off, steady-slow job, usually always something to look forward to.

      Cons

      Rude management, lots of gossiping, you really can't ask for any days off, too much finger pointing, does NOT work with school schedule, expect too much for very LOW pay. Very little employee coverage. Hardly any work/life balance. No benefits.
