Can gain new experience and skills in many things especially in construction matters and aircond.

Some seniors didn't give their best in teaching.

no punch card. Can come late without any issue. But not everytime.

Low salary. Furthermore, office environment is not good as it is small company. Management place engineers as front line whether pandemic or no pandemic. Overall, it is not a good place to work for long term.
