Lack of communication regarding changes

Friendly and professional environment. Really great for retired people who are looking for a few extra bucks per month.

No 40 hours guaranteed. Different pay rates for driving positions while operating the same vehicle. Not paid for snow days and not enough holidays paid for. Slows down drastically in the summer. Not a good place for people who are not retired not much is offered in terms of 40 hours guaranteed to earn a living.
