      Everyone is in the same boat. Free Parking. Free Soda.

      Cons

      You will not be supported or oriented to anything. You will have to hunt down information to complete your work. You are on your own. You will be accountable to several people. Mandatory Nights and weekends to meet EVERY deadline. Not allowed to complain to your boss. ever. there will be consequences. If you are a parent, you will be neglecting your child for this organization. People with no title unrelated to your department can get you fired. Avoid the 1st flr.

      Easy claims process, doesn’t require any training if you already know what you’re doing

      Cons

      Supervisors arent on the same page, you’ll be told to do one thing by one person and another thing by someone else leaving you in the middle of it. No clear instructions or claim process.
