Cons
- Poor management, they believe that their employee's opinions, educational background, work experience and dedication are not worth their time. - When the management has done something unethical, they ban together to hide their lack of honesty. - There is a great deal of racism, and it is visible in the workplace. Many African American Employees are treated as if they are just placeholders and have no right to advancement or shared work improvement points of view. - If they want you gone, they encourage you to look for other employment between calls and task but then come and peer over your shoulder and accuse you of inappropriate use of company resources. - The owners are not present and do not care to reign their management team in when they are mistreating the employees. - Their use and abuse of temp agencies are deplorable; they tell temp agencies that they are temp to hire positions. But then when you get in the door, they deny the ideology that this could be a longterm career for you and there is no need for you to try and learn as much about the business because they are not hiring fulltime.
