Pros

The organization's mission is important, timely and strong.

Cons

Terrible management stems from the top. The CEO has little knowledge of the issues, leads out of fear and is only in it for the show. Very little accountability for the executive team and they are running the organization into the ground. Each is too afraid to speak up for the betterment of the organization or service of the mission. They churn and burn through talent quickly and turnover is extremely high. To anyone considering working at West Health, think twice. To anyone partnering with West Health, recognize there is a multitude of internal challenges that ultimately impact, slow and diminish your work and end result.

Pros

Sincerely, if I were able to accurately rate West Health - I'd give it 0 stars. I will say the best thing about this company is the group of lower end employees that have trauma bonded while working for this company and their efforts to make days more bearable do not go unrecognized. I am absolutely NOT speaking of the "morale" events that are planned by HR.

Cons

This is one of the most toxic work environments I have ever worked at. At the head, a money-hungry, extremely petty, resentful, manipulative person with not one lick of consideration or empathy for others. Under her, a group of executives that do everything and anything she demands to continue securing their way too high salary. At the bottom, traumatized employees that are consistently micromanaged, yelled at, disrespected and undermined. Please do not work for this company. The salary will be enticing, please do not let this company use money to trap you.
