Great environment, very cohesive team

Not a lot of growth opportunities

- West has some of the smartest folks in the Bay Area working together to solve extremely unique and challenging marketing and brand problems. The combined experience in the rooms is seriously impressive, the clients are particularly passionate about the problems they're solving, and the chance to witness this energy as an intern was extremely enriching. - Fully staffed kitchen, great location

- Unfortunately, the lean structure of the organisation combined with the extremely high levels of experience can sometimes create a sense of lopsidedness in the intern relationship. This wasn't a particular unpleasant thing, but there were moments when the interns were working on ad-hoc responsibilities without too much clarity as to how their input fit into the bigger process.
