Met a talented Director that was transfered and replaced by some one too young and untested that failed to live up to her potential.
Cons
First party collections for Toyota by a company only suited for third party collections. Children promoted to positions they were not ready for. Sequestered in a locked room for most of the day and night. Childish "drama" envolving newly promoted management. Manager newly promoted, put ego over people. Giving damaging and misleading, fraudulent reasons for wrongful termination.
