Stressful culture and obsession with deadlines. every task is timed (and allocated time is too short for each task) yet you are expected to complete it perfectly each time.
You are shamed for mistakes. Particularly the case for the customer engagement centre where individuals are expected to know the inner workings of each team and shamed when they do not.
The risk team is highly unapproachable while frequently changing its guidance. you are expected to keep up with this approach despite the lack of clear guidelines going out to teams.
Overall, the work culture is poor. The training is very bad and expectations on individuals are much too high, with a sub par wage and uncertainty surrounding the future direction of the company and outsourcing.
