Pros

Handy city centre location, very close to station

Cons

Poor over promoted senior managers A board that have forgotten where the money comes from and spends on wasteful and unnecessary things Lack of respect for the staff at the coalface I was very happy to leave when I did as I felt that after several years with the business it had finally completely lost it's way. It has allowed over paid arrogant executives to come into the business and almost systematically destroy it. They spend money like it is water on things that are totally unnecessary rather than investing in the current workforce providing adequate training and knowledge, They look down on anyone who is in a lower position and has the nerve to speak up. I too have hear conversation with regards to getting rid of people who are not toeing the line only to find they are gone weeks later. There is a sinister face fits atmosphere there now with the whole business controlled by a very small number of people. It was such a wonderful place to work but is now fully of employees who are desperate to leave and live their daily lives in fear of treading on the wrong toes and being 'made redundant'
