Pros
A paycheck, and a meager one. Work environment is fairly lax.
Cons
Noisy, dirty environment in the kitchen, to serving food in silent hallways to guests who are barely alive. Work is departmentalized, meaning that people are inflexible and are not willing to work with each other. Pay is very poor, as in minimum wage, and if the wage was lower, they'd pay you lower if they could.
