It's fun to work here, especially during the holidays! Great people to work with. It really is an inclusive workplace. There is a lot of career opportunities. Some employees started as clients and were able to get jobs and move up.
Cons
Pay is low, which is expected because it is a nonprofit. You will wear many hats, which is expected because they tell you upfront like during the interview process.
