Pros

Pay, a decent break, and free snacks for lunch, but they aren't healthy ones.

Cons

Verbal Abuse Threats when it came to scheduling With hold paycheck as punishment for having family emergency/in hospital/sock day for a whole week. Family running it went off on employees and used scared tactics. Wanted $$$$ from you to work there as in you had to support them buy their shirt, sweater and jacket. Anti-student and those with disabilities Told you what you wanted to hear, but mislead you on where you would be working.

Pros

You'll get hired easily and quickly especially if it's during the major holidays. Rack up overtime in a week Provided lunch for a large amount of staff. (Although some were forgotten)

Cons

One break in a 10 - 12 Hr shift. Holiday shifts are 12 to 14 hours. Very unorganized. Very tight/cramped space in the call center area If hired as a call center rep you are still considered a flower handling individual (or janitor at the end of the night) which may make you stay later. There is supposedly no leeway to work with your schedule. Customers are usually upset because they are being scammed by either the reps in the Philippines or the website which will glitch, take your money, not send you confirmations on the order you just placed and many other things. Other flower shops usually refuse business from WBF because they are cheap or there are issues from the customers on most deliveries. I'm sure there are no advancement opportunities because the owner has his 3 or 4 sons and wife working there as well. Human resources is non existent, nor are labor laws apparently. You may have to wait to go to the bathroom for at least 1hr there are only two with 50+ employees. If you are hired during or before a major holiday you won't be trained properly, nor advised on any of the things you can vs cannot do there. Senior staff will tell you to run, or it's not worth it. I believe this could almost be compared to slave labor.
