Pros

None, unless you’re the creepy CEO.

Cons

Expect no respect. There’s zero opportunity for growth, it’s all cheap lip service; I worked here for years. Toxic working environment in sad little cubicles. Buildings are rumoured to have serious health and safety issues they ignore.

Pros

-Strong Team: Colleagues are generally motivated, career-focused, and open to improving processes. Direct managers are mostly approachable and supportive, and there is usually someone on the team willing to assist if needed. -Learning Opportunities: Offers great exposure to different aspects of the industry and valuable opportunities to gain experience. -Benefits: Competitive benefits package, including a lifestyle spending account and fitness/workout allowance. Nice downtown office.

Cons

-Leadership Engagement: Executive Leadership appears to have limited visibility into and engagement with certain teams; The engagement often focused on areas already familiar to them. -Favoritism: Certain departments are treated as core functions and receive significantly more resources and influence, creating strong internal hierarchies and tension between teams. -Workplace Culture & Diversity: The ELT group lacks diversity, with the majority consisting of middle-aged Caucasian men. -Accountability: Accountability at senior levels can sometimes be inconsistent, especially during cross-team collaboration. When issues arise, junior employees may experience disproportionate pressure, with assumptions sometimes made based on title or seniority rather than a full review of the facts.
