      - People are friendly - Benefits are good

      Cons

      - Not to many advancement options - Years worked/ loyalty doesn't mean anything - high turn over and staffing shortages - not a great camp - AC isn't always reliable in the summer. Usually fixed by fall

      The team is nice. There is a lot of work, so you'll be occupied.

      They pay on the lower side compared to other mines in Abitibi.
