      There are great people that work at westech

      Cons

      Hard work doesn't pay off. I have worked at westech for 15 years and there is zero growth unless if you're LDS and in the click. Westech will always try to overwork and underpay.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
