      Corporate culture is very good. Generally a non-toxic work environment. New owners are interested in reducing the company's environmental impact as a company, as well as with our products

      Cons

      No longer Employee Owned, and new management does not value current employees. Pay does not keep pace with industry standards.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
