      Plenty to learn if you are willing Company is very transparent about income Can easily learn about other positions and the work they do Occasionally time is available for you to work on side projects or research

      Cons

      Lots of information to learn Lots of cubicle work and reading messy foreign specifications No clear ways to promotions Not a lot of training

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
