      Pros

      The people are pleasant, funny, and unique. Some of the engineers are, well, engineers, but what can you expect. Family values.

      Cons

      I'd say the pay is conservative, and the promises of company ownership value long-term are lofty, but it could pay off if you stay long enough, like 20 years.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
