      Very stable job, focus in different markets, so they don't rely only in one kind of industry.

      Cons

      Probably too stable job, even for people who shoudn't be working at the company. Slow motion way to grow internally.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
