Pros
Nice view of St. Katharine’s docks I now know how not to lead a company or treat people
Cons
The directors treat the graduate employees as personal assistants. A really toxic work culture exacerbated by no work social life, no communication or professionalism from line managers and directors, and favouritism towards those who speak Spanish (as the directors are Spanish and it is a Spanish company) The directors are so miserable in their own lives and incompetent in their jobs that they take and seek pleasure in exploiting staff and making no attempt to cultivate a happy workplace environment where staff feel valued and appreciated. There is no career path, no recognition of good work, (just expectation to do more) and no signs of life, intelligence or common sense from the directors. You may think I’m biased or have strong opinions but I challenge you to work there for one month and tell me otherwise. We can then create a Wenea employee survivor group. It always makes me smile when people leave as they no longer have to withstand such a calamitous company. Being unemployed gives you better job prospects and professional training than working here.
