Pros
Biggest positive is being able to work at your own schedule instead of a fixed schedule. Work is not very stressful in part to the job being WFH as well.
Cons
Health and dental insurance benefits are only guaranteed if you work full-time. Cannot confidently say the same thing for those working part-time due to the amount of hours needed to meet the quota for those insurance benefits. Pay should be at least $20/hours instead of $14.5/hour.
