Pros
The best benefit was that they transitioned to WFH for most positions.
Cons
They laid off many people this year. A major client has no regard for the livelihoods of the companies and people they contract out to. There are almost no opportunities for career advancement and they NEVER increase your pay regardless of whether you have degrees or not. I wasted my time here.
