Pros
The work itself is interesting, especially thinking of how important and relevant the responsibilities we have our in search engine ad results. Great to work in your own time. Project Managers are usually very fast to reply and help you with your rating.
Cons
Not enough tasks - there was a few periods of months when work was bountiful. But for more than half of my time there, there just was not enough tasks worth my time. I usually set my working blocks from 9 am to 1 PM, but starting the holidays in 2023, there was suddenly a lack of available tasks. I left the company due to this reason, and was surprised when the PM seemed shocked herself for the reason I gave.
