      Idea of working remotely on your own schedule

      Cons

      You have to hand over a lot of personal and financial information to a shady company. Need to spend weeks on onboarding and training, that is not compensated. After training there are no tasks to be done, so I've effectively wasted weeks of my time for no reason and gave out my personal information to god knows whom.

      Pros

      You can work from home, easily accessible, tasks were doable to perform. In addition, you can work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Receiving tasks was not always consistent, some tasks were given more at specific times/days than others.
