Pros
They are very good at teaching new things as they have a good e-learning system and fellow co-workers are in general open to questions.
Cons
The salaries are fairly low per job position and it is difficult to get an increase. Even if you demand and eventually manage to get an increase, it's usually peanuts and doesn't really worth the trouble. Although advertised otherwise, in reality, there aren't that many career opportunities available.
