Pros

They take DEI very serious Benefits are higher then most organizations in this industry. Flexibility of time and schedule. Opportunities to move up from entry level. Pay is fair to the market, for freelance and entry level it can be a bit challenging to get hired. Co-works make up a big reason to be here. Opportunity to work with a global staff.

Cons

No work life balance Leadership does not listen nor care about frontline workers, you are replaceable Will be let go no notice if they can save a buck in another country. Don't expect loyalty, they are not family (even thought they tout it all the time). Run the minute you hear "we are using tools", that means pay cuts, bonuses cancelled, furloughs, or layoffs" Little to no ability to move into leadership

Pros

When there is work available, especially when this project first launched, you could make decent money. The Quality Improvement Program was once realistic and managers were accessible. They used to give us sick leave and it felt like a real job.

Cons

They took away our sick leave. Barely any work since Christmas, around 5 hours per week if you're lucky. The Quality Improvement Program has gone down the toilet. The quality checks constantly contradict the guidelines and the feedback from management is often contradictory and wildly inconsistent depending on the turnover. Lower level employees are constantly afraid of losing their job because there are random firings every quarter with no explanation.
