Pros
The pay is pretty great for the work that you do. It can be a little intimidating at first, but once you pick it up, it's very manageable. The flexible hours are another plus! Very little to no micromanaging; if you like your independence, this is perfect.
Cons
No PTO - everything is hourly, and some holidays we're not even allowed to work, which means no pay. There is also very little opportunity for growth within the company.
