Pros
- good way to start your career as a PM - friendly working environment (no argues between colleagues) - flexible working hours - being able to work from home when needed - you will be trained and have support (either from colleagues or senior PMs) - you will get to work and coordinate worldwide teams - different types of projects - you will not get bored
Cons
- it depends on what accounts you're working on -> you could get overloaded with tasks and emails - you don't always "get" how come some people are being promoted
