Cons

The support team is very disappointing. After getting accepted and submitting all my documents, I’ve been stuck for over two months with no real help. Every time I send an email, I receive an automated, generic response that doesn't address my specific issue. It feels like there is no real human interaction or interest in solving employee problems.

Pros

When there is work available, especially when this project first launched, you could make decent money. The Quality Improvement Program was once realistic and managers were accessible. They used to give us sick leave and it felt like a real job.

Cons

They took away our sick leave. Barely any work since Christmas, around 5 hours per week if you're lucky. The Quality Improvement Program has gone down the toilet. The quality checks constantly contradict the guidelines and the feedback from management is often contradictory and wildly inconsistent depending on the turnover. Lower level employees are constantly afraid of losing their job because there are random firings every quarter with no explanation.
