Pros

There are not many pros to working with Welltok. The new reviews do not lie. It used to be an amazing place to work before toxic leadership came into town. Currently, the best and only good thing about this company are your peers. Depending on the team you're on you could play around with some cool modern technologies.

Cons

Oh where to start...You could literally start by just reading the other reviews. Any recent "good" review you'll find on here is 95% chance a fake. (Shortly after this is posted I'd put money that management will write a good review to boost that rating!) Day to day at Welltok is miserable. There is no flexibility to work remote, leaders and managers tend to have a micro-management style, and it's a kill or be killed workplace. Could not say enough negative things about internal management and leadership.A couple managers will talk down to you, as if you have no idea what you are doing. And engineers at Welltok are some of the brightest people that I know! It's mind boggling! If you stick up for yourself or stay home sick then there is a good chance management will make your life miserable until you succumb to getting written up. A beyond toxic workplace. There are so many better companies out there to work for. It's actually pretty hard to find one this bad. STAY AWAY!!

Pros

The company had some really talented folks in all areas: Product, Dev, UI/UX, Marketing, Biz Dev. Everyone was aware it was an early stage startup, still willing to roll up the sleeves, problem solve, be client facing, and find solutions.

Cons

Lack of clarity on role accountability. The President hired me, but I reported to someone else, and was given goals by yet another person. The executives were senior management based on "if s/he was a friend," not based on skills or merit. That made things complicated.
